Honey Process For Authentic Quality
Our honey production process is carefully structured to maintain the highest quality standards:
- Receive raw honey : We begin by receiving raw honey from our trusted beekeepers, ensuring its freshness and purity.
- Storage of raw honey : The raw honey is stored under optimal conditions to preserve its natural flavors and qualities.
- Raw sampling and inspection : Before processing, we conduct a comprehensive raw sampling and inspection process to evaluate the quality and characteristics of the raw honey.
3-step filtration : The honey undergoes a meticulous 3-step filtration process, starting with primary filtration using a 20 mesh filter, followed by secondary filtration utilizing three layers of filters with mesh sizes of 60, 80, and 120, and concluding with final filtration using a 40 mesh filter at our Critical Control Point (CCP). This rigorous filtration process ensures the honey's clarity and purity, meeting our quality standards.
Finished goods Sampling and inspection : Sampling and inspection are conducted for finished honey products to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
Labeling : Each drum is labeled with accurate information about the honey, including origin, quality, and relevant certifications.
Record keeping : We maintain detailed records of each batch of honey, including production dates, processing steps, and quality control measures.
Packaging : The labeled drums are then packaged securely to protect them during transportation and storage.
Product distribution and transport : Our honey products are distributed to customers using efficient and reliable methods to ensure they reach their destination in optimal condition.
Through these meticulous steps and record-keeping practices, we ensure that our honey maintains its authenticity, purity, and superior quality throughout the production and distribution process.
